Can you open a safe if I lost the code?
Yes, we open safes without destruction in compatible cases. Techniques: manipulation, electronic decoding, targeted drilling if necessary. Bring proof of ownership (purchase invoice, notarial deed, etc.). From our experience, most domestic safes are electronic models that we can reopen via decoding in 30 to 60 minutes without leaving any trace.

My safe is blocked but I have the right code, what should I do?
Several possible causes: weak battery, seized mechanism, break-in attempt. Call us, our technician diagnoses and repairs on site. From experience, 8 out of 10 times it is simply dead batteries. On electronic safes, the membrane keypad can also degrade over time: the internal contacts oxidise or delaminate, preventing the code from reaching the control circuit even when you enter the correct combination. Tip before calling: press a 9V battery directly onto the emergency contact (two small metal terminals located under or beside the keypad). This temporarily powers the electronics and lets you enter your code to open. If that does not work, the issue is mechanical and requires our intervention — expect roughly 30 to 90 minutes on site depending on the model and type of blockage.
