The full installation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Here's how it goes:
Compatibility check
We check the cylinder, the door's mechanical operation, emergency function, available space and connectivity. If the setup is incompatible, we tell you before fitting anything.
Nuki lock installation
The Nuki clips onto the inside of your cylinder. No drilling, no glue, no door modification. If you're a tenant, you can remove it when you move out.
Smartphone setup
You install the app and create your own account on your phone. We calibrate the bolt travel, install available updates and test each connection with you.
Access codes and permissions
You create your own codes and permissions while we guide you. We retain no password, administrator code or account access after handover.
Full testing
We test every opening mode, the outside mechanical key where applicable and the fallback procedure. You receive exclusive account control and can disable activity logging.
