6a. Smart-lock configuration
During a Nuki or similar installation, the customer creates their own account, password, codes and permissions. The technician may temporarily see settings required for setup while working under the customer's control, but we retain no login, administrator code, virtual key or account access after handover.
The customer manages activity logging in the manufacturer's service and decides whether to enable, limit or disable it. People whose access is logged must be informed where required. The manufacturer processes that data under its own privacy policy.
