Diagnosis and compatibility
Describe the fault: a stuck key, free spinning, a catching bolt or a misaligned door. Inspection determines whether adjustment, repair or replacement is appropriate. Parts availability and compatibility are checked before confirmation.
Key duplication and maintenance
Keep the ownership card if your system includes one. Required documents and ordering procedures are checked for the specific reference; do not publish the key code or a detailed key photo. Follow the model’s maintenance instructions and avoid forcing a stiff mechanism.
