Locked safe: preparing a visit in Evere
Provide the address, unit number and the contact who will give access to the room. A safe in an office or shared area may require the responsible person’s approval; prepare proof of your right of access. Do not share codes, combinations or a photograph of the contents.
Note any visible model reference without moving the safe and describe the symptom: dark keypad, a message after entry or handle resistance. Do not repeat attempts to recreate the fault. Battery and power arrangements must follow the model’s instructions. Simply say if the label is inaccessible.

Installing upstairs or in a narrow room?
The illustration shows a doorway measurement, not a completed job in Evere. To prepare installation at your address, describe the floor level, steps, turns and any lift. A sufficiently wide doorway does not establish that the entire route is suitable. Weight, dimensions and handling equipment must be confirmed before delivery.
Describe the planned location, clearance for opening the safe door and what you know about the floor or wall. A partition or cabinet does not establish that suitable anchoring is possible. Do not move a heavy safe alone or drill in preparation without checking the supporting surface and installation instructions.
