What documents do you provide for insurance?

We provide: timestamped intervention certificate, detailed compliant invoice, before/after photos, compliance certificate for new locks if replaced, technical report on request.

What is the response time for a claim?

For insurance partners, we contractually guarantee intervention within 2 hours in Brussels zone, 4 hours in Brabant. Immediate temporary security if necessary.

How does the referral commission work?

For each client you refer to us, you receive a commission on the intervention. The rate is defined in our partner agreement, typically between 5% and 15% depending on volume.

Can you bill the insurance directly?

Yes, if the insurance company has a direct payment agreement with us. Otherwise, we bill the policyholder who gets reimbursed. We facilitate the process with all necessary documentation.

Do you offer training for our teams?

Yes, we train your staff (claims managers, concierges, agents) on best practices: when to call, what information to provide, how to reassure the client while waiting for our response.
