Can you respond to emergencies for a locked-out resident?
Yes, we respond 24/7 for residents of your condominiums. Door slammed shut, lost key, blocked lock: intervention in 30 minutes. Billing can be addressed to the resident or the condominium according to your agreement.
How does the maintenance contract work?
The contract includes preventive visits (1 to 4 per year according to your needs), preferential rates on interventions, and priority service. We provide an annual report for your GM.
Do you provide quotes for the General Meeting?
Absolutely. We prepare detailed quotes with several pricing options, ready to be presented at the GM. We can also attend to present our offer to the condominium board.
Can you create a master key system for multiple buildings?
Yes, this is our specialty. We design systems allowing the property manager to have a single master key for all buildings, while maintaining individual security for each access.
Do you work with insurance companies in case of claims?
