3. Pricing and Payment

Our intervention rates are communicated before any service. A free, no-obligation quote is systematically provided.

Payment is made at the end of the intervention by the following means: cash, bank card (Bancontact), or bank transfer.

No deposit is required before the intervention.

4. Service Area

Our services cover the entire Brussels-Capital Region (19 municipalities), Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant, covering 96 municipalities in total.

5. Guarantees

All our interventions are guaranteed. Installed parts (locks, cylinders) benefit from the manufacturer's warranty.

In case of any problem following an intervention, contact us as soon as possible for quick resolution.

6. Liability

Janssens Locksmith commits to providing professional quality services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service in case of proven direct damage.

We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or circumstances of force majeure.

7. Intellectual Property
