The full installation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Here's how it goes:
Compatibility check
We check your cylinder (length, type, interior protrusion). About 85% of Brussels doors are directly compatible. If yours isn't, we'll tell you straight away.
Nuki lock installation
The Nuki clips onto the inside of your cylinder. No drilling, no glue, no door modification. If you're a tenant, you can remove it when you move out.
Smartphone setup
We install the app on your phone (iPhone or Android), calibrate the bolt travel and test Bluetooth connectivity. We walk you through everything before we leave.
Access codes and permissions
We create your first temporary codes, set up family access and configure Airbnb integration if you're a host. The Keypad and Bridge are installed at this stage if you've ordered them.
Full testing
We test every opening mode with you: smartphone, Keypad code, auto-lock, geofencing. We don't leave until everything works perfectly.
